These rules apply to all guests staying at TRILIV, regardless of how their accommodation was booked. They are designed to ensure comfort, safety, respect for the environment and peace of mind for all guests.

1 – Arrivals and departures

Check-in is from 4pm. Check-out must be before 10am. Any unauthorised late check-out may result in an additional charge at the late check-out rate.

2 – Use of the premises

The houses must be used for their intended purpose: tourist accommodation. Any unauthorised commercial or festive activity or subletting is prohibited.

TRILIV can accommodate up to two different groups. TRILIV is located in a residential neighbourhood that is inhabited all year round. Guests agree to respect other guests and local residents.

Parties and events: The organisation of noisy parties or undeclared events is prohibited.

Nuisances and unruly behaviour – Music and noisy activities are prohibited after dark. During the day, the customer must ensure that they keep noise levels down so as not to disturb other people on the site or local residents.

If this is the case, TRILIV will issue a first warning, followed by a written notice (SMS or email) to cease the noise nuisance or incivility. If there is no response within the time limit specified in the warning, TRILIV reserves the right to close access to all or part of the premises to noisy or unruly guests and to require the guest to leave before the end of the contract. The contract is terminated automatically, without refund, and the deposit is forfeited.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the cottages, annexes and common areas of the sports facilities.

3 – Occupation and guests

The number of people may not exceed the number specified in the booking.

Guests may be accommodated on an occasional basis upon prior request via the ‘Day Guest’ option. This option grants access to the sports facilities for the day.

Unannounced parties are prohibited.

4 – Respect for other guests and the neighbourhood

The use of loudspeakers and outdoor speakers is prohibited throughout the site.

Quiet is requested in common areas, especially in the evening and early morning.

Any noisy or disrespectful behaviour may result in the termination of your stay without refund.

5 – Shared spaces

The facilities (swimming pool, gym, sauna, jacuzzi, relaxation room) are shared between the rental properties, the guest room and the owners.

They must be used with respect for others.

6 – Access to the swimming pool

The swimming pool is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. (low season) and from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. (high season). It is not supervised. Swimming is at your own risk.

It is forbidden to:

• Eating or drinking around the pool
• Running, diving, pushing someone.
• Using glass objects.

It is mandatory to ensure that the cover is always closed when the pool is not in use. Movable floors may only be operated by adults and children over the age of 16.

7 – Non-smoking areas

All indoor areas are non-smoking, as are the communal areas. Ashtrays are available outside in designated areas.

8 – Pets

Pets are not permitted unless prior agreement has been obtained. Guide dogs are accepted upon presentation of proof. A cleaning fee may be charged in the event of unauthorised animals being present.

9 – Inventory, selective sorting and waste

Waste sorting is mandatory. Containers are available in the accommodation. Please follow the sorting instructions displayed.

At the end of your stay, the premises must be left clean and tidy: dishes washed and put away, items returned to their place, all household linen left in each room.

10 – Internet and digital usage

Wi-Fi access is provided. Downloading or viewing illegal content is prohibited. Customers are responsible for their own usage. TRILIV may disclose IP addresses to the authorities if requested to do so.

11 – Safety and responsibility

The customer is responsible for the safety of their belongings and actions. Any damage or failure to comply with the rules or terms and conditions may result in additional charges or exclusion.

The customer is responsible for the use of the gym, sauna, jacuzzi and training equipment. Minors under the age of 16 are not permitted to use certain equipment without supervision. TRILIV cannot be held responsible for theft of personal belongings in the accommodation or common areas.

12 – Acceptance of the rules

All bookings imply acceptance of these internal regulations.
All persons present on the site imply acceptance of these internal regulations.
They are displayed in the houses or available in the welcome booklet.
They form an integral part of the GTC and are considered accepted by electronic signature.
