Yes, the houses are designed for families: secure swimming pools, equipment for young children (high chairs, cots, etc.), and indoor and outdoor play and relaxation areas.

We provide bed linen and towels. An interim cleaning service is available for stays of one week or more. This option can be activated when booking.

Yes, each house can be rented separately or together, depending on your needs.

The sports facilities (swimming pool, gym, sauna, jacuzzi, relaxation room, etc.) are shared between the two rental properties and the owners' house. Access is organised to ensure comfort, tranquillity and respect for everyone's privacy. It is possible to hire the entire site for private use under certain conditions.

Your rental includes access to all sports facilities: a 25-metre heated swimming pool with a movable floor, a fully equipped gym (dumbbells, wall bars, exercise bikes, etc.), a yoga area, a sauna and a jacuzzi.

Yes, TRILIV is designed for training camps: flexible accommodation, 25-metre swimming pool, optimised recovery, cycle racing courses available, services tailored to coaches and access to premium facilities.

Yes, the movable floor allows you to adjust the depth at any time. Ideal for children or aquagym/recovery sessions. When the pool is not in use, the movable floor is completely raised and locked. The pool becomes completely inaccessible.

Yes, high-speed WiFi is available in all rooms, including workspaces and terraces.

Yes, we have a secure bicycle storage area and charging stations for electric bicycles.

Yes. TRILIV is accessible by train + bicycle or shuttle bus from Auray station. Once there, everything can be done on foot or by bicycle.

For reasons of hygiene and peace and quiet, pets are not allowed, except in exceptional circumstances to be discussed on a case-by-case basis.

The conditions are flexible: in the event of force majeure or impediment related to health reasons, we offer to postpone or refund your stay.

Cancellation more than 30 days before the arrival date:
• The 40% deposit remains with the lessor.

• The tenant remains liable for payment of the entire stay, as a penalty clause.
